My Services

As a fee-only, holistic financial advisor with fiduciary responsibilities I put your best interests first and ensure that your goals, values and priorities drive the planning process and my recommendations. Unlike financial advisors who are paid a percentage of assets under management (AUM) I am compensated by project fees. This reflects my commitment to your entire financial situation, not just the performance of your investments.

During our initial phone conversation or in-person consultation we will discuss your situation and determine the most appropriate working arrangement. I offer three levels of service:

Comprehensive Financial Planning

You are looking for a full service financial planner who will work with you on your entire financial situation. This level of service offers:

  • Ongoing professional attention to all areas of your finances
  • A customized financial plan suited to your goals and needs
  • Unlimited access to your advisor throughout the implementation process
  • A series of appointments throughout the year to monitor your progress and make changes as necessary
  • The fee is based on an open retainer and is calculated by your income, assets and the complexity of your situation. During the free consultation appointment I will demonstrate how my services will save you more than my fee.

Financial Review

You are looking for a professional opinion on two or three areas of your finances. This level of service offers:

  • A two-hour, in-person financial planning session
  • Customized written recommendations
  • Unlimited phone and email follow-up for 30 days after the session

Financial Project

You need professional help with one specific financial topic. This level of service offers:

  • Analysis and financial advice on a specific matter (i.e. should you accept an early retirement offer from your employer)
  • The fee for this service is a flat rate and is determined by the complexity of your situation
